Prepare Your Package
Ensure the coffee beans remain in their original, unopened vacuum seal, or that accessories are packed in their original box with all components included.
Ship the Items
Send the products back to our roasting facility using a trackable shipping service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your requested exchange within 5 business days.
